What This Site Does

This site describes the manufacturing, distribution, and sales services that Cannabev Distribution LLC provides to cannabis and hemp beverage brands and to the licensed retailers that carry them. It is written for businesses. Nothing is sold on this site, there are no accounts to create, and we do not take consumer orders here. Hemp products that ship to consumers are sold through separate online stores, which have their own privacy policies and their own age checks.

What We Collect on This Site

Partner inquiries. The contact form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, whether you are a brand or a retailer, and your message. The form emails that to us. We use it to answer you and, if we end up working together, to do business with you.

Email, phone, and resumes. If you write to info@cannabevdist.com or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to run the business. A resume you send us is used only to consider you for work here.

Site analytics. We use a standard web analytics service that records the pages you view, the approximate location derived from your IP address, and technical details about your browser and device. You can opt out by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.

Server logs. Our web server keeps standard logs of each request: IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use them for security and troubleshooting.

We do not run advertising on this site, we do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information above to build profiles of visitors.

When You Do Business With Us

Brands and retailers that work with us give us more than this site collects.

Licenses and account records. Cannabis products in Washington move only between licensed businesses. The cannabis products we represent are made and sold under the license of the processor we work with, and a retailer's license is confirmed before any sale. We keep the names of the people we deal with, license numbers, business registrations, orders, invoices, and delivery records. Hemp accounts are handled the same way under the rules of the state where the product is sold.

Regulators. The licensed processor reports cannabis sales to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board through the state's reporting system, and the Board and the Department of Revenue can inspect those records. Records are kept for as long as the law requires and handed over when the law requires it.

Delivery. Licensed transport providers receive what they need to deliver an order: the retailer's name, license number, address, and the manifest.

Legal process. We give information to a government agency or a court when a statute, a license condition, a subpoena, or a court order requires it.

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

We do not set cookies of our own. Our analytics provider sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors. Blocking cookies in your browser stops analytics from running; the site still works. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.

Adult Use

This site is for adults 21 and older and the businesses that serve them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. Washington law prohibits the sale or marketing of recreational cannabis products to minors.
