CannaBev Distribution grew out of a decade of cannabinoid beverage manufacturing and retail dispensary sales in Washington State. We started as producers, building formulations, running production lines, navigating state regulatory compliance in Washington, Colorado, and Oregon, and selling into dispensaries compliantly within each state's framework.
Along the way, we built something more valuable than any single brand: infrastructure. A licensed production facility with excess capacity. Established retailer relationships across the state. Logistics partnerships covering every dispensary in Washington. Compliance expertise that takes years to develop.
National brands started asking the same question: "How do we get into Washington?" The answer was always the same: you need a licensed manufacturer willing to produce under their license, a sales team that knows the retail landscape, and a delivery partner that covers the state. We had all three.
CannaBev Distribution is the formal expression of that capability. One platform that manufactures, distributes, and sells cannabinoid beverages across every legal channel: cannabis dispensaries, hemp retail, and direct-to-consumer nationwide.
Most distributors are middlemen. We manufacture the product. That means we understand yield, shelf stability, emulsion science, and production economics, not just logistics. When a brand partner has a formulation question at 2am before a production run, we can answer it.
Cannabis and hemp are legally distinct but functionally one category to the consumer. We operate across both regulatory frameworks from a single platform, something no alcohol distributor and no cannabis-only distributor can do.

CannaBev Distribution was founded by industry veterans with decades of combined experience across cannabinoid beverage production, logistics, regulatory compliance, and account management. Our team has operated at every stage of the supply chain: formulating products, running licensed production facilities, building retail account networks from the ground up, and navigating multi-state licensing in some of the most complex regulatory environments in the country.
We hold an active Washington I-502 processor license, operate a fully equipped production facility, and maintain 400+ active dispensary purchasing relationships built over years of consistent service. We've built and exited cannabinoid brands, managed distribution across cannabis, hemp, and CBD channels, and developed the compliance infrastructure that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage.
